At the same time, he requested Party committees and commanding officers at all levels, particularly those aboard vessel KN-373, to continue paying close attention to and ensuring adequate logistical and technical support, as well as the proper implementation of regimes and policies. He emphasized the need to take good care of the material and spiritual well-being of servicemen and their families, creating a solid foundation that enables officers and personnel to remain focused on their duties and steadfast at sea amid the waves and winds during the Lunar New Year holidays.
Moved by the close attention and guidance from the leadership of the Coast Guard Region 4 Command, Captain Phan Duc Hoang, Political Officer of vessel KN-373, affirmed that although celebrating Tet away from their families, every officer and serviceman clearly recognizes the honor and responsibility entrusted to them and fully understands the importance of their mission.
