According to information from the Embassy, the UAE Cybersecurity Council has warned that individuals and organizations should heighten vigilance against Wiper Malware - one of the most dangerous types of malicious software designed to erase data and damage information technology systems.

To minimize risks and protect data, relevant authorities recommend that users adopt several basic measures, such as regularly updating operating systems and software to the latest versions; avoiding suspicious links or files from unknown sources; periodically backing up important data and storing it in a secure location; and strengthening security measures for devices and personal accounts.

The Embassy of Vietnam in the UAE emphasized that raising awareness and proactively implementing protective measures are crucial factors that help the Vietnamese community prevent cyberattack risks and ensure the safety of personal data as well as the operation of information systems.

According to recommendations from UAE authorities, protecting data and information technology systems plays a key role in maintaining the safety and stability of digital services.
