H'mong Spring Festival Attracts Foreign Tourists
Gau Tao Festival is held in Sa Pa and Bac Ha with many attractive activities such as a music and dance program imbued with H'mong ethnic cultural identity; folk sports competitions (crossbow shooting, flag running, stick pushing, tug of war) and folk games (swinging, pound throwing, monkey bridge climbing, slippy pole climbing, blindfolded duck catching). This year's festival also features a food court with traditional dishes of the H'mong people.
The festival welcomes local people, Vietnamese, and international tourists. All were excited to experience the unique cultural event.
