Inauguration of Community Bridge in Tuyen Quang Funded by the UAE Embassy in Vietnam

	UAE's National Day Celebration Takes Place in Hanoi

The bridge was constructed using reinforced concrete, measuring 3.5 meters in width and 4.7 meters in length. With its unique location, once operational, the Na Hu community bridge will help shorten travel distances by approximately 7 kilometers for 11,722 beneficiaries traveling to central and surrounding areas.

At the inauguration ceremony, representatives of the UAE Embassy in Vietnam emphasized that supporting community-serving projects has always been one of the priorities in UAE-Vietnam cooperation relations. Through such practical activities, the UAE hopes to contribute to improving people’s quality of life, promoting social development, and spreading humanitarian values and friendship between the two countries.

The bridge construction project in Nam Dan Commune also reflects the UAE’s growing interest in community development efforts in Vietnam, particularly in the areas of social welfare, education, and essential infrastructure support. In recent years, the UAE has actively implemented numerous initiatives and cooperative activities to support disadvantaged localities, contributing to sustainable development and improving people’s livelihoods.

Local authorities and residents of Nam Dan Commune expressed their deep appreciation for the meaningful and timely support from the UAE. Hoang Duc Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Nam Dan Commune People’s Committee, stated that local residents expect the new bridge not only to make travel more convenient and safer, but also to create more opportunities for economic development, exchanges, and improvements in the quality of life for the local community in the coming time.

“The operation of the project carries practical significance, contributing to ensuring traffic safety, creating favorable conditions for production development, improving the material and spiritual lives of local residents, while also promoting socio-economic development and maintaining national defense and security in the locality.”

Representing Na Hu Village, Chang Van Thuc said that the completion and operation of the project is not only a source of joy but also a great encouragement for local residents. In the coming time, the village commits to raising public awareness and encouraging residents to manage, protect, and use the bridge effectively and sustainably, thereby contributing to socio-economic development and improving living standards.
