According to information from the Vietnam Fatherland Front, in a congratulatory letter addressed to Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Wang Huning, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, emphasized that China-Vietnam relations have maintained strong positive momentum over the past year.

Wang Huning noted that the State visit to Vietnam by General Secretary and President Xi Jinping provided strategic guidance for advancing the building of a China-Vietnam Community with a shared future of strategic significance. Exchanges and cooperation between the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front have become increasingly close. On that basis, he affirmed his readiness to work with the Vietnamese side to further deepen traditional friendship, strengthen solidarity and cooperation, and contribute to advancing the building of the China-Vietnam Community with a shared future in a deeper and more substantive manner.

In a congratulatory letter sent to Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune, President of the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction, affirmed that the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a major political event for the Party, the State, and the fraternal people of Vietnam.

The letter expressed joy and pride in the great achievements Vietnam has attained over the past 80 years under the correct and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam founded by the great President Ho Chi Minh. In particular, over the 40 years of implementing the Renewal (Doi moi) process, Vietnam has maintained political stability, achieved rapid and sustainable economic growth, continuously improved the material and spiritual life of the people, expanded international cooperation, and enhanced the position and role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese State in the region and the world.

Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune expressed his confidence that Vietnam will continue to achieve new and even greater victories, successfully realizing the goal of building the Socialist Republic of Vietnam into a modern-oriented industrialized nation, with a prosperous people, a strong country, democracy, equity, and civilization.

In a congratulatory letter addressed to Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Cuban Hero of the Republic Gerardo Hernández Nordelo of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution of Cuba affirmed that the 14th National Congress is an important forum for consolidating the principles and achievements attained by the Vietnamese people. The Cuban side reaffirmed its commitment to preserving the historic relationship and close friendship between the two nations, jointly pursuing goals of social justice, sovereignty, and development for the peoples of both countries; at the same time, it extended New Year wishes for 2026 and expressed confidence that the two sides will continue to accompany each other in building a prosperous future.

Also on this occasion, the People’s Association of Singapore, in its congratulatory letter addressed to Ha Thi Nga, Vice President and Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, highly appreciated the sustainable partnership with the Vietnam Fatherland Front, nurtured under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The letter emphasized that people-to-people exchange activities in recent times have contributed to strengthening mutual understanding, enriching cooperation experience, and consolidating the foundation of Singapore-Vietnam friendship; it also expressed confidence that the outcomes of the 14th National Congress will bring lasting prosperity, progress, and happiness to the Vietnamese people.
