Amid the joyful atmosphere of the first days of the Lunar New Year (the first day of Tet Binh Ngo 2026), in Bac Cam Ranh Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4 organized a wide range of meaningful and practical activities, creating a vibrant spirit of emulation from the very beginning of spring. From the mainland to the remote islands, the New Year was welcomed in a warm and cheerful atmosphere while maintaining a high level of combat readiness. Units strictly upheld duty regulations, including command duty, combat readiness duty, air defense duty, patrols, and guard shifts, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.

A working delegation of Naval Group 129, led by Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan Tam, Deputy Political Commissar of the Group, concluded a visit to encourage, extend Tet greetings and present gifts to military personnel and civilians on Sinh Ton Island, Truong Sa Island, Nui Le and Toc Tan Island in the Truong Sa special zone, Khanh Hoa province, on February 1.

Towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the military and people of the Truong Sa Special Zone stand united in faith, enthusiasm, and unwavering political resolve, holding firm on the front lines, day and night, to safeguard the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland’s seas and islands.
