During their voyage on Ship 936, the long-distance sea training delegation from the Naval Academy visited officers, soldiers, and civilians on several islands in the Truong Sa Special Zone (Khanh Hoa province). At each destination, the heartfelt and warm encounters with the military and local residents in this remote area left a profound impression on officers and trainees. These experiences deepened their understanding of the steadfast will and indomitable spirit of those who are tirelessly safeguarding the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.

Amid the joyful atmosphere of the first days of the Lunar New Year (the first day of Tet Binh Ngo 2026), in Bac Cam Ranh Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4 organized a wide range of meaningful and practical activities, creating a vibrant spirit of emulation from the very beginning of spring. From the mainland to the remote islands, the New Year was welcomed in a warm and cheerful atmosphere while maintaining a high level of combat readiness. Units strictly upheld duty regulations, including command duty, combat readiness duty, air defense duty, patrols, and guard shifts, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.

A working delegation of Naval Group 129, led by Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan Tam, Deputy Political Commissar of the Group, concluded a visit to encourage, extend Tet greetings and present gifts to military personnel and civilians on Sinh Ton Island, Truong Sa Island, Nui Le and Toc Tan Island in the Truong Sa special zone, Khanh Hoa province, on February 1.
