The career orientation day featured several interactive areas. At the Self-Discovery Zone, attendees completed psychological and aptitude tests to identify their strengths and interests, receiving guidance on suitable career paths. The Career Orientation Zone welcomed experts and students from universities such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam National University, and Hong Duc University, who provided insights into various academic fields and career trends while addressing questions about course selection. Hands-on experiences, including tailoring, welding, robotics, bartending, and cooking, attracted significant interest. A highlight of the festival was TP Inc.'s presentation of 150 vocational training scholarships, each worth VND 2 million, to disadvantaged youth aged 16-18. The event also introduced participants to TP Inc.'s TMVT factory in Thanh Hoa, offering opportunities for internships and employment. |
