The language used in the learning and research process is Polish. Applicants who have never attended university or graduate school in Poland will be assigned to study 1 year of Polish language preparation before entering the major. The candidate must then pass the Polish language test. Candidates must pass the entrance exam (depending on the specific requirements of the training facility and program) to be officially accepted into the specialized course. If they do not meet the requirements in these exams, the candidate will have to return home and refund all training costs to the state or switch to self-funded study.
Scholarship candidates must have good political and moral qualities, and good health to study abroad. In case they are found faking documents and lying about health issues, they will be forced to return home and bear all related costs, including air tickets and compensation to the state.
They also have to commit to completing the training program and returning to serve at the agency or the request of the State. Those who do not complete the training program, drop out of school, do not return to their home country after graduation, or do not fulfill the obligations of scholarship recipients must compensate for training costs.
Applicants for university admission must register for a major in the same field as the major they have been admitted to and are currently studying at a university in Vietnam or one that has won international or national awards. Candidates applying for master's or doctoral degrees must register for majors that suit the needs of building and developing human resources of the agency or locality sending them to study.
The candidates can only register for 1 major and are not allowed to arbitrarily change majors or training facilities after registering for admission and being accepted to study. They can only register for higher training levels than those with a diploma.
For the students who graduate from a university or master's degree abroad without being sent to study by the Ministry of Education and Training or graduating from training programs coordinated with foreign countries in Vietnam, a certificate of equivalent diploma is required by the Department of Quality Management - Ministry of Education and Training.
