In Ninh Binh province, the delegation visited the family of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Sach (born in 1920, Phu Ly Ward). Expressing profound gratitude for the immense sacrifices and losses she and her family made for the cause of national liberation and national defense, Bui Thi Minh Hoai wished her good health and longevity, and that she would continue to serve as a spiritual pillar for her descendants. She also affirmed that the Party, the State, and the people always remember and are grateful, and consistently implement sound policies for those who have rendered meritorious service.

The delegation also visited and presented gifts to Hero of the People’s Armed Forces Nguyen Thien Tinh (Phu Van Ward). Acknowledging his contributions and achievements in the cause of national defense, the President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee expressed her hope that he would continue to uphold the qualities of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers” and serve as an exemplary role model for younger generations.
Nguyen Thien Tinh is a war invalid who maintains the worship of fallen soldiers, actively participates in local production activities, and, together with his comrades, takes part in efforts to search for and repatriate the remains of martyrs. Deeply moved by the attention of Party and State leaders, he expressed his sincere gratitude and regarded it as a great source of encouragement for policy beneficiary families to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and uphold revolutionary traditions.
On this occasion, the delegation presented 200 gift packages to policy beneficiary families, poor households, workers, and laborers facing difficult circumstances in Ninh Binh province.

At the event, 120 gift packages were distributed, each including VND 2 million in cash from the central level and an additional gift worth VND 500,000 provided by the province.
These gifts reflect the practical care and concern of the Party, the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and local authorities for people with meritorious services, poor households, and workers. Beyond material support, they also serve as a source of spiritual encouragement, helping to strengthen confidence and resilience among families and workers striving to overcome difficulties.
