Over two days, dental specialists from Vinh Duc General Hospital provided free examinations, consultations and treatment to 311 local residents. Services included fillings, tooth extractions, dental scaling, medication distribution and oral hygiene guidance.

To support the campaign, the program was equipped with six specialized dental chairs, an air compressor system, medical supplies and treatment medications. The organizers also distributed 300 gift packages containing toothbrushes and toothpaste to residents who attended the examinations. Patients with complex dental conditions requiring monitoring or specialized treatment were referred to Vinh Duc General Hospital for continued care.

According to the Da Nang Union of Friendship Organizations, SAP-VN has spent many years supporting surgical programs for disadvantaged people, including orthopedic surgery, congenital heart surgery and cataract surgery, before launching its mobile dental care initiative.

The dental examination and treatment campaign in Thu Bon Commune received funding of VND 110.5 million. It was implemented under the “Development Assistance Program for 2026-2030,” funded by SAP-VN, with total aid valued at VND 12.5 billion.
