The Command of Naval Region 1 has issued directives and implemented various proactive and active measures to prevent and respond to Storm No. 3 (Wipha), particularly for units stationed in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.

On January 8-9, officers and soldiers of Naval Region 3 visited the people and officers on Vietnam's outpost islands. This is their annual activity to transport Tet gifts and wishes to the islands' residents.

This positive outcome of Brigade 172 (Naval Region 3) in the first half of 2024 was reported at the Conference on Learning Missions for All Levels for the second half of 2024, held on July 22 in Da Nang city.
