The Assistant Minister anticipated that the forum will help the Thai expatriate business community better grasp the country's circumstances and consider investment prospects. This is the first time the Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand has coordinated a sizable number of international business delegations to return to Vietnam, said Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam in Thailand Phan Chi Thanh, who also spoke at the conference. to encourage trade, tourism, and investment with Vietnamese communities and enterprises.

The ambassador recommended that the Thai-Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association and the Small and Medium Enterprises Association participate in the forum to learn from each other, share ideas, have discussions, and eventually sign cooperation agreements to forge long-term beneficial relationships.

At the forum, Ho Van Lam - Chairman of Thai - Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association proposed some recommendations. He hoped that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would coordinate with relevant authorities to focus on promoting bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations to break down technical barriers and protectionist policies, thereby boosting the export of Vietnamese goods. through the official route to Thailand.
