On December 16 in Hanoi, the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO), in coordination with the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, organized the Conference on Strengthening Cooperation and Enhancing the Effectiveness of Aid between Thanh Hoa Province and Foreign Non-Governmental Organizations for the 2026-2030 period. At the conference, representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee affirmed the province’s commitment to more effectively implementing over USD 5 million in aid from foreign non-governmental organizations in the coming period.
