This year’s fair brought together more than 33 diplomatic missions and international organizations, creating a vibrant, multicultural space for cultural exchange among nations.
The Vietnamese booth drew a large crowd with its offerings of traditional dishes that reflect the rich cultural identity of Vietnam, including crispy spring rolls, Vietnamese-style coffee, and refreshing beverages such as lemon tea and lemongrass tea. Beyond the distinctive flavors, the booth was also highly praised for its warm and elegant presentation, which honored the beauty of Vietnamese culture.
Continuing the success of previous years, the 2025 International Food and Culture Fair welcomed thousands of visitors.
The diplomatic corps will donate all proceeds raised at the fair to support several social organizations in Brasília, with a focus on assisting disadvantaged women and children.
More than just a celebration of food and culture, the event served as a vivid demonstration of the spirit of solidarity, compassion, and social responsibility that the international diplomatic community in Brasília upholds toward the host society.
With thoughtful and heartfelt preparation, the Vietnamese Embassy in Brazil left a positive and lasting impression on international friends, while also contributing to the promotion of Vietnamese cultural values, humanistic spirit, and the image of Vietnam and its people to the international community in Brazil.
