At the meeting, Le Van Tuy extended his congratulations to the Cambodian Ambassador to Vietnam Chea Kimtha, and all staff members of the Embassy. He also conveyed his best wishes for Cambodia’s continued development, prosperity, and happiness.

Le Van Tuy informed Ambassador Chea Kimtha of several key activities of the Vietnam–Cambodia Friendship Association to be carried out from now until the end of 2025. Among these, he highlighted the Vietnam–Cambodia Student Exchange Program, scheduled to take place on November 15 in Hung Yen Province. He cordially invited Ambassador Chea Kimtha to attend the event, emphasizing that strengthening mutual understanding and bonds between the young generations of the two countries is an important task that contributes to nurturing the enduring Vietnam–Cambodia friendship in the future.
He also noted that in December 2025, the Vietnam–Cambodia Friendship Association and the Vietnam–Cambodia Friendship Association plan to co-organize a joint conference to review the outcomes of 2025 cooperation activities and discuss orientations for collaboration in 2026.

Le Van Tuy expressed his sincere appreciation to the Embassy of Cambodia in Vietnam, particularly to Ambassador Chea Kimtha, for their continued support and active participation in the Association’s activities, which have contributed to strengthening people-to-people exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.
Ambassador Chea Kimtha expressed her sincere thanks to Le Van Tuy and the Central Committee of the Vietnam–Cambodia Friendship Association for their visit to extend congratulations on the occasion of Cambodia’s National Day. She highly appreciated the Association’s warm sentiments. She continued attention toward the Cambodian Embassy during annual celebrations, describing them as a vivid reflection of the close friendship and solidarity between the peoples of the two countries.
Ambassador Chea Kimtha emphasized that the Vietnam–Cambodia Friendship Association serves as an important bridge in nurturing the traditional friendship between the two nations. Many of its members have sponsored Cambodian students studying in Vietnam, sharing learning experiences and daily life, thereby contributing to strengthening the bonds between the two peoples.
She affirmed that she would make time to attend the Association’s upcoming activities.
