University of Havana Launches Department of Ho Chi Minh Studies
	Vietnam, Cuba to Boost Cooperation in Health Sector

The handover ceremony was attended by Vietnamese Ambassador to Cuba Le Quang Long and officials of the Embassy; President of the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba Esteban Lazo Hernández, Vice President Ana María Machado, Secretary General Homero Acosta, representatives of specialized committees of the Cuban National Assembly, and Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam Rogelio Polanco Fuentes.

According to the Embassy of Vietnam in Cuba, the 71 packages, including servers, conference cameras, audio equipment, and specialized monitors, were procured and air-shipped by the Office of the National Assembly of Vietnam.

In his remarks, Ambassador Le Quang Long expressed his confidence that this system would help modernize Cuba's parliamentary activities and promote online parliamentary exchanges between the two nations.

Secretary General of the Cuban National Assembly Homero Acosta emphasized that the Cuban National Assembly greatly values Vietnam’s practical support, pledging to make effective use of the equipment and expressing a desire to further strengthen cooperation in legislative experience-sharing and personnel training.

The handover ceremony once again affirmed Vietnam’s steadfast and heartfelt commitment to Cuba, while also opening up a new direction for parliamentary cooperation in the digital age. The Embassy of Vietnam will continue to serve as a bridge to monitor and support collaborative programs between the two National Assemblies.
