Vietnam introduces diversity of traditional foods in Lao Food Festival
The Lao Women's Union and the Lao Businesswomen’s Association jointly organized the Lao Food Festival 2021 at Chao Anouvong Park, Vientiane capital. Vietnamese cuisine was enjoyed and loved by many guests.

| The event featured 120 booths from domestic and foreign exhibitors, including food displays and handicrafts, agricultural products, souvenirs and products of various embassies in Laos, aiming to promote local culture, organic food consumption, and Lao women's business. |

| The Lao Food Festival has been held annually since 2006 to promote Lao traditional cuisine and food. However, the event features less exhibiting booths than last year due to prevention of the COVID-19 pandemic and we urge the participants to follow the prevention procedures of the COVID-19 rules. |

| At this event, the Vietnam Embassy in Laos displayed the country's typical souvenirs and culinary products such as lacquerware, brocade bags, fried rolls, spring rolls, green bean cake, peanut candy, ... Vietnamese cuisine was enjoyed and loved by many guests. |
