Vietnam World Vision gave 30 cows to the people of Dien Bien
World Vision cooperates with Tuan Giao Agricultural Service Center in Dien Bien province to deliver cows to 30 households living in the project area's communes.

Recently, in Tuan Giao district, Dien Bien province, World Vision Organization (WVV) has conducted a ceremony to hand over cows to disadvantaged households. In addition to handing over cows, WVV also has equiped people with the necessary knowledge and skills to improve their livelihoods such as barn-making techniques, breeding options, caring skills and disease prevention.
This is an annual activity, implemented under the Livelihood Poverty Escape Model (also called the UPG model), aiming to improve livelihoods for disadvantaged households. This is especially for households with the most vulnerable and/or sponsored children of World Vision.

World Vision Accompanies Dien Bien in Overcoming Floods
World Vision International in Vietnam, in cooperation with the Red Cross Society of Dien Bien Province, held the launching ceremony of the project “Emergency relief for communities affected by the prolonged heavy rainfall on August 1, 2025, in Dien Bien Province” on September 8.
