Vietnamese Businesswomen Association in Taiwan makes debut
The launching ceremony witnessed the participation of Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung, Director of Vietnam Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei, representatives of the government and departments in Taiwan, etc, VOV reported.

The association also received congratulatory letters from the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese, the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese, and Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.
It is known that the motto of the Vietnamese Businesswomen Association in Taiwan is holding hands, seizing opportunities, building ties, and developing trade.

Ms. Ngo Pham Tran, the association's founder said that in 2021, the association will organize training classes on marketing, building brand and product value as well as the “online enterprise coffee” program. The “Miss Ao Dai” contest is also expected to take place with a view to promoting Vietnamese culture.
In addition, the association has planned to hold an annual program connecting with Vietnamese business communities in other countries.
“I hope that under the support of the governments of Taiwan and Vietnam, members can develop themselves and build their careers, thereby setting a solid foundation for the next generations”, said Ms. Tran.

The Vietnamese Businesswomen Association in Taiwan belongs to Taiwan-Vietnam Economic Cultural and Educational Development Association which was also founded by Ms. Ngo Pham Tran in 2016. In 2019, it was granted license by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs to establish a branch in the country.
Each year, the association organizes about 20 activities aiming to step up cooperation on trade, investment, education, and culture between Vietnam and Taiwan.
