Vietnamese Youth and Student Association in France through 20 Years
	Ho Chi Minh's Ideology on Revolutionary Moral Education for Students

On November 22 in Venezuela, the World Festival of Youth and Students convened its plenary session with the participation of nearly 1,000 delegates from over 60 countries and more than 3,000 youth and students from the host country.

The Vietnamese delegation, led by Ngo Van Cuong, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, attended the event.

The World Festival of Youth and Students was hosted by the Unified Socialist Youth of Venezuela (JSUV). The plenary session was chaired by Diosdado Cabello, First Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), and Grecia Elymar Colmenares Santander, First Secretary of the Unified Socialist Youth of Venezuela.

In her speech at the plenary session, Grecia Elymar Colmenares Santander called on countries worldwide to unite in building a peaceful world, promoting development, and overcoming injustice, disputes, and challenges. Throughout the festival, the delegates engaged in discussions and exchanges to find common ground.

Ngo Van Cuong expressed gratitude to the United Socialist Party of Venezuela and the Unified Socialist Youth of Venezuela for their warm sentiments towards Vietnam. He affirmed that Vietnam is a peace-loving nation and aspires for all nations to strive together for peace, prosperity, and shared development. Representing the Vietnamese delegation, Mr. Ngô Văn Cương pledged to uphold the spirit of youth activism and actively participate in the festival’s sessions.

At the plenary session, the entire Vietnamese delegation sang "As If Uncle Ho Were Here on the Joyful Day of Victory" to the resounding applause of the hall. Following this, the Vietnamese delegation took part in all subsequent sessions of the festival.
