Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy with light rain in some places, and early morning fog. It's cold in the North. The lowest temperature is 17-20 degrees, in the South there are places above 20 degrees. Highest temperature: North 20-23 degrees, South 22-25 degrees.
