The program has a total grant value of US$4,600,566 (approximately VND115 billion) and includes the following activities: Project 1: Restoration of priority forest landscapes; Project 2: Forest management and restoration with a focus on landscape and livelihood connectivity; Project 3: Nature-based solutions for sustainable forest management, forest restoration, and biodiversity; Project 4: Mitigating plastic pollution impacts on Con Co Marine Protected Area; Project 5: Climate-adaptive landscape restoration through enterprise support and community livelihoods.

The program will be implemented in the following localities of Quang Tri Province: Huong Lap, Huong Phung, Khe Sanh, Dakrong, Ba Long, Huong Hiep, La Lay, Ta Tut, Cam Lo, Hieu Giang, Trieu Phong, Ai Tu, Trieu Binh, Trieu Co, Hai Lang, Nam Hai Lang, Vinh Dinh, Gio Linh, Con Tien, Ben Hai, Vinh Linh, Vinh Thuy, Ben Quan, Vinh Hoang, and the Con Co Special Zone. The implementation period lasts until the end of December 2030.
The program aims to enhance climate resilience in both inland and coastal landscapes through nature-based solutions to improve the management and protection of forest habitats, restore forests and strengthen ecosystem connectivity, conserve biodiversity, and promote sustainable livelihoods for local communities across Quang Tri Province.
