The South China Morning Post (Hong Kong, China), citing the General Secretary’s speech at the Congress, emphasized steadfastness in ideological goals coupled with a spirit of innovation, thereby sending positive signals of an upright, resilient, and professional governance system in the eyes of the international business community.

The consolidation of the new-term Politburo has also been viewed globally as a harmonious combination of continuity and renewal. Prensa Latina (Cuba) highlighted that the 14th Congress’s guiding principle, “Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development” has clearly shaped the direction for ushering the country into a new chapter. These indicators demonstrate the strengths of Vietnam’s political system, in which development goals are consistently aligned with the interests of the people, in line with the principle of “the people as the foundation” emphasized by the 14th Congress.

L’Humanité underscored the targets set by the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, including achieving an average annual GDP growth rate of 10% or higher.

In Latin America and in countries with special ties to Vietnam, public opinion has highlighted the steadfastness of the Communist Party of Vietnam in pursuing the path of building socialism oriented toward sustainable development.
