According to Nghe An Portal, the project was received by the Nghe An People's Committee under Decision No. 56/QD-UBND. With a total capital of VND 3.3 billion, the project will be implemented in two years. In which, priority will be given to the implementation in mountainous communes and remote areas.
The project includes: Support and provision of social services for children in special circumstances, victims of human trafficking who are children and their families; Support education, health care, and protection for children in highland areas; Monitoring activities, field trips, operating costs, and project management.

Regarding support and provision of social services, the project provides travel, accommodation, and essential items for victims; long-term sponsorship, school supplies, medical examination and treatment support for children in particularly difficult circumstances; monthly allowances, health check-ups, psychological support, vocational training, livelihood, and housing repair.
In terms of education support, the project provides scholarships, establishes and maintains six student clubs, organizes communication, life skills training, and upgrades school equipment and facilities.
The project's direct beneficiaries are child victims and children of victims of human trafficking; abused children; children and adolescents in special and difficult circumstances; students at high risk of dropping out of school, early marriage; teachers and staff working in child protection in the locality.
The project also provides social security and necessary assistance for children in difficult circumstances, at high risk of dropping out of school, being trafficked, and early marriage, while strengthening child protection and participation, and promoting child protection and care.
