Cam Ranh international port welcomes first foreign cruise ship
On September 8th, the foreign cruise ship “Legend of the Seas” with Bahamas nationality, carrying over 2,500 tourists and crew, docked at Cam Ranh international port in the central coast province of Khanh Hoa.

This is the first time the Cam Ranh international port received a foreign cruise ship, with majority of tourists from China and the Republic of Korea.
After entering the Cam Ranh international port, they toured popular tourist attractions in Nha Trang city such as Long Son pagoda, Ponagar (Thap Ba) Cham Tower, Hon Chong and shopping centres.
In the early afternoon of September 9th, the cruise ship left the Cam Ranh international port to continue its trip to Chan May port in the central coastal province of Thua Thien-Hue.
Mr. Vu Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Cam Ranh international port, said the harbour is 25 meters in depth and is able to handle 18 ships at a time and accommodate vessels of up to 110,000 DWT.
Currently, the port is organizing tours, and provides services and products of daily necessity and fuel for both civilian and military ships./.
