With its child-centered approach, Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) regards ensuring a safe living environment as an essential component of its efforts to protect and promote children's well-being. Through its Child Sponsorship Program, GNI has conducted assessments of the needs of each child and their family in order to implement appropriate support measures, helping address urgent challenges while laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of both children and their communities.

Improving housing conditions has helped reduce safety risks, provide children with a more stable living environment, and create better opportunities for them to study and grow up in a healthy setting.
