In recent years, exchanges, contacts, and delegation visits between the two sides have been maintained regularly, while substantive cooperation has continued to advance, particularly in science and technology, transportation, tourism, and trade.

As Vietnam's leading economic, financial, cultural, educational, scientific, technological, and international exchange hub, Ho Chi Minh City sincerely wishes and stands ready to contribute further to deepening the Vietnam-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the benefit of the peoples of both countries and for the peace, stability, and prosperity of each nation and the region.
