Improving the Lives of Disadvantaged Communities in Quang Tri, Hoa Binh, Ha Giang
After 15 months, FBF program, sponsored by the Irish Embassy, and implemented by CARE, Plan, and RIC has contributed to improving the quality of life of disadvantaged communities in Quang Tri, Hoa Binh, and Ha Giang provinces. About 40,000 other people have also benefited indirectly from the program.
