	Disaster in Turkey: How Vietnam's Elite Rescue Team Helped a Suffering Nation

After arriving in Venezuela to join the international rescue mission, the Vietnamese team quickly deployed to the collapsed residential building in La Guaira, one of the areas hardest hit by the earthquake. The building suffered severe structural damage, making access and search efforts particularly challenging.

According to the international rescue mission's operational plan, the Vietnamese Public Security force is working closely with Venezuelan authorities to survey the site, assess the structural safety of the damaged building, identify locations where victims may be trapped, and implement appropriate rescue plans. Team members are also using specialized equipment to support search efforts under complex and dangerous conditions.

Reaching the area where people remain trapped marks an important step in accelerating search efforts, with the goal of locating and rescuing survivors as quickly as possible. Throughout the operation, the Vietnamese Public Security force is maintaining close coordination with international rescue teams and Venezuelan authorities to ensure the safety of rescue personnel while maximizing the effectiveness of the mission.
