| On November 25, Cam Con Primary and Secondary School in Bao Yen District, Lao Cai Province collaborated with Save the Children to organize a "Ring the Golden Bell" competition under the theme "Safe Schools - The Foundation for Happiness." The event aimed to help students better understand a safe learning environment while encouraging active participation in building a harmonious, united, and thriving school community. It also provided a healthy and meaningful activity for students to unwind after stressful study hours, showcasing their knowledge, fostering friendships, and developing communication skills.
