Quang Tri Welcomes Bollywood Film Crew Shoot Scenes At Natural Caves

This is the first Indian movie to be filmed in the majestic and unique caves in Phong Nha-Ke Bang and the attractive tourist destinations of Quang Tri, such as Tu Lan, Tien Cave, Tan Hoa, and Dong Hoi. The film crew aims to bring impressive footage, deeply imprinting the image of Vietnam and Quang Tri tourist destinations on hundreds of millions of viewers around the world.
A leading Bollywood team, including producer Rahul Bali and famous director Omung Kumar, produced the film. It features an amazing and talented cast, including Harshvardhan Rane and Sadia Khateeb in the lead roles.

Classified as a romantic action film, SILAA tells a poignant love story, offering heart-pounding twists and visually stunning scenes. It will be globally released in 2026.
In Quang Tri province, the crew will film scenes in Son Doong, Phong Nha, Tan Hoa, Tu Lan, and Hang Tien caves from August 1-14, then will continue in many other locations in Vietnam such as Cao Bang, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dang Dong Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri province, emphasized that the selection of Son Doong Cave and other destinations within the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park as filming locations not only holds significant value for the national and provincial image, but also presents a major opportunity to promote tourism across the region.
This is a favorable opportunity for Quang Tri to build and connect tourism products associated with cinema, nature, and indigenous culture. At the same time, it will help promote the image of Quang Tri tourism to audiences around the world, contributing to the growth of Indian tourists to Vietnam in the future.
Producer Rahul Bali expressed his admiration for the majestic and breathtaking beauty of the caves and natural landscapes, as well as the warmth and hospitality of the people of Quang Tri. He praised the strong cooperation and support from local authorities and organizations, and emphasized that the making of the films represents a wonderful effort to showcase the beauty of Vietnam to the world through Indian cinema.
