Learning as Tan Hiep Phat’s DNA
At Tan Hiep Phat, learning is not confined to training rooms. Learning drives personal growth and organizational progress. It shapes the way people work, influences every meeting and project, and shows up in conversations between colleagues. Everyone is encouraged to “learn anytime, learn anywhere” so they can understand their work better, serve customers more effectively, and become a better version of themselves each day.
The company offers training programs at every level. These range from professional skills, management, and leadership courses to classes on innovation, corporate culture, and positive mindset. Knowledge and skills form the foundation, but Tan Hiep Phat believes attitude and mindset are the roots of long term growth. The learning culture is not only about doing better. It is about thinking bigger. Employees are encouraged to set bold goals, challenge themselves, and step outside their comfort zone.
From new hires to senior leaders, everyone participates in customized training programs that build not only skills and knowledge but, more importantly, attitude, mindset, and a spirit of “dare to dream big, dare to change.”
For Tan Hiep Phat, learning is not simply about better performance. It is about becoming better people, ready to adapt and create in a fast moving environment.
A defining feature of the company’s learning culture is its internal training model supported by more than 200 in house instructors. These “teachers without a podium” include experienced leaders, experts, and managers who share knowledge, practical skills, and real world lessons with colleagues.
Managers at Tan Hiep Phat have no fear of “losing authority” or “losing their seat.” They view mentoring and developing their teams as both a responsibility and a source of pride. “At Tan Hiep Phat, leaders never keep knowledge to themselves. We believe that when our people grow stronger, the organization grows stronger,” shared Nguyen Van Tu, a senior leader, former university chemistry lecturer, and long time internal trainer.
This spirit of “leaders as teachers, colleagues as partners in sharing” has helped the learning culture spread deeply and become a signature of Tan Hiep Phat over many years.
Teaching and Learning for Shared Growth
Every year, the company delivers an average of 20,000 hours of internal training, with more than 2,000 participants. These programs cover professional skills, leadership development, innovation, positive thinking, and corporate culture. Each class goes beyond knowledge transfer. It is a space for connection, energy, and reinforcement of the company’s core values: “Nothing is impossible” and “Today must be better than yesterday, but not yet as good as tomorrow.”
With a sustainable learning culture, Tan Hiep Phat has built a dynamic workforce able to self learn, self lead, and grow together. Learning has become a habit and a fuel for continuous innovation as the company expands into international markets.
“I started as an intern, and this culture of constant learning helped me grow every single day. Here, learning is not an obligation. It is a habit that pushes people to think, to adapt, and to grow together,” said Nguyen Vinh Chuong, Head of Research and Development at Tan Hiep Phat.
A representative from the Product Development Department shared, “I joined Tan Hiep Phat as a fresh graduate, full of doubts and uncertainty. The learning culture here changed me. It taught me to ask questions, to try, to dream big, and to do things differently. At Tan Hiep Phat, learning is not only for doing the job. It is for transforming yourself. I learned to listen, to question, to look at problems from different angles. Every project and experiment became a valuable experience, sometimes born from mistakes but always encouraged as opportunities to grow. This environment helped me learn, practice, and shift from someone who simply followed instructions to a proactive manager who always looks for new solutions. I now feel confident leading my team, inspiring them, and encouraging a spirit of continuous learning and creativity.”
