For Gen Z, “cooling down” isn’t just about lowering body temperature — it’s a way to calm the mind, reset their mood, and recharge before the next sprint.
Whether it’s grabbing a backpack for a trip to the highlands or sitting by a window with a familiar playlist, each choice is a personal manifesto: take charge, refresh yourself, ease stress, and stay mentally ready to go further.
For nearly a year, Trương Đăng Thư (28, event manager) lived in a whirlwind of nonstop tasks and the “invisible pressure of perfection.”
She was responsible for dozens of partners, anticipating every risk, and tracking even the smallest details.

| In the midst of the windy sky, young people enjoy a sip of cool Zero Degree Green Tea to "cool down" their minds, relax their bodies after months of exhaustion to find themselves again. |
“I always felt like a stretched string, ready to snap. Some nights, I cried silently because I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and had snapped at my family over a phone call,” Thư recalls.
Eventually, she realized burnout had turned her from a creative leader into someone who only reacted to problems.
She decided to spend a few quiet days in the Di Linh highlands of Lâm Đồng to “cool down her life.”
Sitting on the porch of a wooden house, listening to pine leaves rustling, Thư closed her eyes, breathed deeply, and opened a cold bottle of Zero Degree Green Tea.
A sip doesn’t erase deadlines — but it helped her breathe again.
The clean, refreshing taste of natural green tea leaves and EGCG flowed through her body, helping her relax. Her mind drifted with the hills and forests, bringing back a sense of ease and clarity she hadn’t felt in months after “holding it together” for too long.
“It felt good to slow down and listen to myself. It soothed all the stress, and for the first time in months, I told myself: ‘I’m okay.’ This mental F5 helped me return to work with confidence, ready to lead again,” she says.
Đặng Nhã Quyên (27, procurement officer) is constantly surrounded by negotiation pressure, cost management, and relationship building with suppliers.
Her job barely gives her any downtime — not even on weekends.

“At night, messages still kept coming. I started shopping endlessly to fill the void. The exhaustion was not just physical — my mind was overloaded,” Quyên shares.
Eventually, she decided to pause work, stop impulse shopping, and retreat with friends to Đắk Lắk for a mental cool-down.
There, she put away her phone, breathed in fresh air, ate light meals, watched clouds pass over coffee farms, and listened to the wind brushing through the trees.
“Every morning, instead of checking emails, I took a deep breath and sipped a bottle of Zero Degree Green Tea,” Quyên says.
“The refreshing, natural taste of green tea with EGCG cleared my mind. Stress melted away. My head felt light again.”
The trip became a full mental “refresh,” teaching her how to slow down so she could run faster later.
“This sense of clarity and positivity is the most priceless accessory — it prepares me for any challenge without feeling overwhelmed,” she says.
She ended the trip with a caption: “Challenge me — I’m ready.”
In the rush of modern life, many young people choose to stop for a moment — sipping a chilled Zero Degree Green Tea, the symbol of the “No Stress” mindset — to soothe their thoughts and steady themselves for the road ahead.
