New Zealand Ambassador Tredene Dobson thanked VUFO for supporting the Embassy in implementing activities in Vietnam, especially during the difficult period due to COVID-19. Vietnam - New Zealand has great potential to promote people-to-people diplomacy through activities of non-governmental organizations, and exchanges between international students, scholars, and businessmen.

President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations Phan Anh Son hopes that Ambassador Tredene Dobson will continue to love and promote people-to-people exchanges between Vietnam and New Zealand after her term. VUFO and the New Zealand Embassy in Vietnam will continue to coordinate in organizing commemorative activities, delegation exchanges, seminars, and discussions... to bring practical effects to the people of the two countries.
