Two young designers from Vietnam, Tran Phuong Hoa and Le Nguyen Nhat Linh will bring their collections to this year's Paris Fashion Week.

The media representative of designer Tran Phuong Hoa confirmed that Hoa is currently in the process of completing about 15 designs using traditional natural materials of Vietnam such as Lanh My A silk, silk, among others, in time for the debut in France on March 4.

Designer Tran Phuong Hoa was born in 1992, graduated from Hanoi National Economics University. Hoa was born in Ha Tinh, but lives and works mainly in Ho Chi Minh City. She built the wedding dress brand Eleven S, which is the favorite brand of many Vietnamese celebrities and artists.

Designer Tran Phuong Hoa will bring the "Thuong" collection to the Paris Fashion Week. This collection includes 15 designs made within six months, inspired by nostalgia, love, family and homeland.

Hoa aspires to sustainable fashion by using natural origin and environmentally friendly materials. For the first time, she uses the famous My A silk of Tan Chau from An Giang province for wedding dresses in the “Thuong” collection.

Designer Tran Phuong Hoa said that the combination of black and white in wedding dresses was a big challenge for her.

The design is a combination of some features of the traditional ao dai and evening dress made of linen, embossed silk, which is a combination of Asian and European features. Hoa was inspired by the development of ao dai and classic costumes of French aristocrats.

Accompanying designer Tran Phuong Hoa in this Paris Fashion Week is designer Le Nguyen Nhat Linh. She will launch a unique diamond jewelry collection "Bach Lien Yen Tu" inspired by the patterns of the Tran Dynasty, performed in conjunction with the "Thuong" collection.

While developing well in the publishing field, Nhat Linh surprised many people by turning to design and jewelry business at the age of 25. Coming to her new direction with passion, she had to give up alot. Years of studying abroad in Japan have helped her practice many skills necessary for business.

Loving the aesthetic beauty of Japanese culture, Nhat Linh also places high demands on her designs and always creates limited editions that are hard to copy.

With her knowledge of culture and history, the 31-year-old designer wishes to bring the beauty of Vietnam to the world through the jewelry works of local craftsmen. Most recently, a jewelry set including necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings designed by her was worn by the reigning Miss Universe R'Bonney Gabriel at an event in Vietnam.

In addition, second runner-up Andreína Martínez and Gabriëla Dos Santos from Curacao also chose Nhat Linh's design for fashion magazine photos and evening reception.

Le Nguyen Nhat Linh's jewelry collection from 14K gold and natural diamonds is inspired by the patterns of the Tran Dynasty. The main image is the lotus, Vietnam's national flower, also a symbol of purity and strong will, and is a flower with many deep meanings in Buddhism.

From a trip to the sacred Yen Tu Mountain, Nhat Linh seemed to be upstream of the nation's heroic history, following the footsteps of King Tran Nhan Tong (1258-1308) who abdicated to spent the rest of his life on Yen Tu Mountain practicing and propagating Buddhism. He founded the first Vietnamese School of Buddhism called “Thien Tong” or Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen on the 1,068m-high Yen Tu Mountain. The 20,000ha site is considered the capital of Vietnamese Buddhism.
