At a working session with a delegation of HCM City led by deputy head of the HCMC Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs Tran Duc Hien on October 2, Giao said apart from expanding the business network in Japan, relevant associations will develop affiliated members, which are Vietnamese businesses worldwide.
This will create a friendly business environment, and encourage information exchange, and innovation within the Vietnamese business community in Japan, connecting them with domestic and international enterprises, she said.
Giao also expressed her hope that HCM City’s leaders and the Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs will roll out specific programs and plans to promote cooperation between the two sides so that the Vietnamese community in Japan has opportunities to contribute to the development of the southern metropolis.
On this occasion, Hien informed the Vietnamese community in Japan about the principles, policies, and special mechanisms of Ho Chi Minh City.
