According to Nguyen Duc Minh, Charge d’affaires of the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan, these football tournaments have positive and practical meanings.
“I strongly support the activities of FAVIJA in general and the Vietnamese community in Japan in particular, helping the Vietnamese community, especially young people, towards good purposes such as health training, strengthening exchanges and solidarity.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan.
