During their visit to Thien Duyen Orphanage, the delegation, in collaboration with Tri Tue Viet School, awarded 45 scholarships worth over VND 63 million to children affected by Agent Orange/dioxin and to orphans.
On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims presented two paintings to the Ambassador and Consul General of the Republic of France. These works were created by Huynh Thi Xam, a female Agent Orange victim, who uses her feet, symbolizing extraordinary resilience and determination in the face of adversity.
Through these paintings, the delegation conveyed heartfelt gratitude for the care and support extended by French diplomatic agencies to Agent Orange/dioxin victims in Vietnam.
