Relieving stress and easing tension with Zero Degree Green Tea gives many freshmen the confidence to step out of their comfort zones and adapt to their new lives.

With that mindset, part-time jobs become more than just a means to earn money—they become a real-world training ground. By boldly pushing boundaries to “diversify their portfolios,” these students are sharpening their skills, building resilience, and actively shaping a personal journey of growth that’s uniquely their own.

Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone

Just four months ago, Khanh Van (18, from Lam Dong) was still a high school student. Today, she’s a freshman at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. While many of her peers chose a safer path, Van took a leap and became a collaborator for an e-commerce startup. The job came with high expectations, tight deadlines, and moments that left her flustered.

“I was really stressed at first, juggling unfamiliar coursework and looming deadlines. But that intense pace helped me mature faster. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I grab a bottle of Zero Degree Green Tea, take a deep breath, and keep going. Its refreshing green tea flavor lifts my mood and gives me the boost I need,” Van shared.

In just four months, she has developed time management skills, learned how to prioritize tasks, and gained confidence when interacting with older colleagues. “If I hadn’t stepped out of my comfort zone, I never would’ve discovered what I was capable of,” she said.

From Passion to Real-World Experience

While Van explored the e-commerce world, Hoang Dinh—a freshman at Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture—chose to turn his passion into hands-on experience. A photography enthusiast since high school, Dinh decided to take a part-time assistant job at a local wedding studio in Xuan Hoa ward.

But the work was far from the dreamy world of flawless wedding photos. He often lugged heavy gear, ran around in the heat to support the crew, and worked late nights editing images.

“There was one time a client wasn’t happy with the photos and got upset. I was really stressed. But after calming down with a bottle of Zero Degree Green Tea, I pulled an all-nighter to re-edit everything. When the client was finally satisfied, I felt every bit of pressure had been worth it,” Dinh recalled.

What he gained wasn’t just a paycheck—it was real-world skills, active listening, and the ability to solve problems under pressure. Most importantly, he found joy in seeing his passion become a serious profession.

Building Grit Through Challenging Experiences

Unlike Van and Dinh, who actively sought out part-time jobs, Thuy Anh—a freshman at Hong Bang International University—chose to immerse herself in community work. She volunteered to teach free English classes to underprivileged children.

Her first time leading a class was rough. She fumbled through the lessons and even got teased by some of the kids. “I was so embarrassed I almost cried. I seriously thought about quitting. But then I asked myself—what’s the point of volunteering if I can’t be patient?” she remembered.

Two months in, Thuy Anh started to find her rhythm. She learned how to connect with the kids, turning lessons into fun English games. Whenever she felt drained, her go-to reset routine was music, reading, and sipping Zero Degree Green Tea—made from 100% Thai Nguyen green tea leaves and rich in EGCG to relieve stress and refresh the mind.

“This project gave me more than just teaching experience. It taught me patience, empathy, and how to face difficulties head-on. These aren’t things you find in textbooks, but they’ll stay with me for life,” she said.

Turning Stress Into Fuel for Growth

Looking at Van, Dinh, and Thuy Anh, one common thread stands out: stress is inevitable in freshman year. But instead of letting it drag them down, they turned pressure into motivation to grow.

A few months in, Van is confidently giving presentations in class. Dinh is landing his first freelance photography gigs. Thuy Anh has become a beloved “little teacher” in her community classroom. Every challenge, every experience has made their freshman year a colorful and unforgettable journey.

What they’ve learned goes beyond lectures and textbooks—it’s about navigating pressure, turning stress into momentum, and “leveling up” every day. That’s why freshman year isn’t just a time of adjustment—it’s a launchpad for discovering who you are, building life experience, and preparing for what’s ahead.

More importantly, they’ve found ways to reset and recharge amid the hustle. Whether it’s vibing to music, a quiet moment with a book, or a chill afternoon with friends and a bottle of Zero Degree Green Tea—made from 100% Thai Nguyen tea leaves with EGCG to relieve stress and refresh the spirit—it’s all about staying cool and keeping the energy fresh.

Go all in on learning, chill when needed, throw yourself into new experiences, and stay refreshed—because freshman year is your stage to make a bold debut and write your own story of growth.
