On September 30 in Hanoi, within the framework of the First Vietnam-Russia People’s Forum, the seminar “Science, Technology, and Healthcare: New Driver for Cooperation” brought together numerous scholars, policymakers, and experts from both countries. First Vietnam-Russia People’s Forum Strengthens Bonds of Friendship and Trust
On October 1, at a meeting with the delegation of the Russian Federation attending the First Vietnam-Russia People’s Forum, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Do Van Chien stated that the Forum carried profound political and humanitarian significance. He stressed that it marked a new direction in people-to-people diplomacy, contributing to the strengthening of the “people’s front” and deepening the friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

First Vietnam-Russia People’s Forum Concludes with Significant Results
After two days of working in Hanoi, the First Vietnam-Russia People’s Forum concluded on October 1. In his closing remarks, Nguyen Quoc Hung, Director of the Fund for the Promotion of Russia-Vietnam Cooperation “Tradition and Friendship” and a member of the Organizing Committee, assessed that the Forum achieved success in three key dimensions: realizing President Ho Chi Minh’s principle of “winning people’s hearts through diplomacy”; inheriting the achievements of people-to-people diplomacy between the two countries; and adopting a modern, innovative approach that creates fresh momentum for Vietnam-Russia people-to-people relations.
