According to the cooperation agreement, the two sides will coordinate the implementation of an aid program providing shipments of clothing, shoes, school supplies, and other necessities to support people, especially vulnerable groups and disadvantaged households in Hai Phong city. Support activities will be implemented based on surveys of actual needs, following principles of transparency, openness, and effectiveness.
The program will be implemented over a period of 5 years (2026 – 2030) with a total expected aid value of up to US $1 million.

The signing ceremony marks a significant step in the cooperative relationship between GNI and the Hai Phong City Union of Friendship Organizations, mobilizing additional international resources to support people in difficult circumstances, contributing to social security and bringing about positive changes for the local people's lives.
