The production process of Number 1 Soya Calcium begins with strict quality control from the selection of soybean ingredients before processing. Using Japanese technology, soybean seeds are then peeled and extracted to get nutrients by using Japanese technology to help retain the nutritional components such as protein, fat, and carbohydrates. The soy milk solution will then be delivered to a centrifugal system to completely remove soybean residue to help create a smooth milk product.

The next stage will be mixing and ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilization. Soya Calcium soy milk solution from the aseptic tank enters the filling and capping system. In order to ensure optimum quality, all preforms and bottle caps are manufactured in-house.

With other technologies, the product only goes through one stage of pasteurization and filling in an open environment, so bacteria can easily penetrate, Aseptic cold extraction technology has completely overcome this problem. The breakthrough highlight of this technology is the UHT pasteurized Number 1 Soya Calcium soy milk solution. Specifically, the soy milk solution is sterilized and disinfected by heat treatment at high temperature and extremely fast within 2 - 5 seconds. The product is then cooled immediately.

In particular, the filling and capping stages must ensure 5 factors including sterilized bottles, sterilized caps, sterilized water, sterilized products and an aseptic extraction environment. Based on these elements, THP has sterile products without preservatives, ensuring the current very strict food safety factors. At the same time, the filling is done at a low temperature so that the nutrients from the pure soybeans are preserved due to the impact of temperature. This is Aseptic's double breakthrough that helps Number 1 Soya Calcium always have the superiority of healthy nutrients and preserve its natural flavor and color. After the filling process, the healthy drink will be boxed automatically.
