"Orange Your Dream" - Football Match for a Safe Future for Women and Children
On November 11, the "Orange Your Dream" football match was held at My Dinh National Stadium.

| At the event, nearly 100 students from Ha Giang and Hanoi were guided by Coach Mai Duc Chung. |

| In her remark, Caroline Nyamayemombe, Acting Head of UN Women Vietnam Office, said: "In recent years, sport has demonstrated its great ability to promote gender equality and empower women and girls." |

| "Football, in particular, can connect the community, improve health, relieve pressure, and control violent behavior," said Nyamayemombe. |
 |
| Students also had the opportunity to chat with Vietnamese national female football players. |

| The event responds to the United Nations' 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (November 25-December 10) and Vietnam's Action Month for Gender Equality and Gender-Based Violence Prevention and Response (November 15-December 15). |

| The football match highlights the importance of sport in supporting diversity and equality and challenging harmful gender norms so that all individuals develop his/her full potential and realize his/her dreams. |
