1. The Loan Agreement for the Project on disaster resilient rural development between the Government of Viet Nam and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

5. The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the fields of information technology, communication, and digital transformation between the Ministry of Science and Technology of Viet Nam and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan.
6. The agreement on satelitte data exchange between the Viet Nam National Space Center under the Academy of Science and Technology of Viet Nam and the Aerospace Exploration Agency of Japan./.
