Earlier, within the framework of the festival, a fashion show titled “Heritage Steps - Colors of Vietnam” attracted great attention from both local audiences and international visitors in Hanoi.

The event featured 19 traditional and contemporary fashion collections from 19 countries, each telling a unique cultural story that celebrated heritage and promoted cross-cultural dialogue.

The show opened with designer Vu Viet Ha’s “Hanoi in Hanoi” collection, portraying the elegance of the capital through natural fabrics and hand-dyed plant-based colors. Designer Anh Thu impressed the audience with her “Heritage in Hanoi” collection, in which the wives of the ambassadors of the Czech Republic, Japan, Ukraine, and the United States modeled ao dai decorated with cultural motifs representing their respective nations, delivering a powerful message of friendship and international exchange.

The presentation of traditional costumes from Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, and Africa continued to create a vibrant mosaic of global heritage.

Vietnamese fashion was further enriched by collections such as “Dyed Floral Weaves” by Nguyen Mi, “Thang Long - The Mark of Time” by Minh Pham (Desilk), and “Nguyet Hoa” by Ha Nuo (Ha Trinh).
