In her opening remark, she thanked Vietnamese friends, international friends, and Spanish citizens for attending the National Day of Spain 2024 ceremony in Hanoi. She also affirmed that the ceremony aimed to honor the strong connection between individuals and organizations that have contributed to the development of Vietnam-Spain relations. |
