France’s Order of Academic Palms Presented to Vietnamese Specialist in Foreign Language Education
French Ambassador to Vietnam Olivier Brochet on December 5 awarded the Order of Academic Palms to Nguyen Thi Thu Hien. She has been a specialist in foreign language education at Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training since 2013.
