The Da Nang Union of Friendship Organizations held a signing ceremony on the morning of October 22 for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with three foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs): Giving It Back To Kids, Children of Vietnam (USA), and Lifestart Foundation (Australia). During the 2025-2030 period, these organizations committed to providing 2.5 million USD (equivalent to nearly 66 billion VND) to support education, healthcare, human development, and social welfare programs, contributing to Da Nang’s sustainable development goals.

At the seminar "Training and development of human resources: Studying abroad at university and apprenticeship in the Federal Republic of Germany" on October 24, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam-Germany Friendship Association Nguyen Toan Thang emphasized that cooperation in human resources not only brings socio-economic benefits, but also contributes to enhancing understanding and tightening the friendship between the two peoples.

General Secretary To Lam and Finnish friends agreed to strengthen coordination and be more creative in people-to-people exchange activities with richer content, attracting the wide participation of all walks of life, scientists, experts, businessmen and especially the young generation of the two countries.

On the afternoon of October 22, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen received a delegation from Lichtenberg District (Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany) led by District Mayor Martin Schaefer during their visit and working session with the Hanoi People’s Committee.
