In recognition of these contributions, on April 24 in Hanoi, the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations presented him with the “For Peace and Friendship Among Nations” medal.

Significant strides in Viet Nam-Mongolia relations, from the elevation of ties to a Comprehensive Partnership to the signing of a visa exemption agreement and the expansion of people-to-people exchanges, bear the imprint of contributions by Mongolian Ambassador to Viet Nam Jigjee Sereejav. Vietnamese Engineering Team Completes 37-km Strategic Road in South Sudan in 85 Days
The 37-km Abyei-Agok strategic road in the Abyei area (South Sudan) has been completed and handed over to local authorities and the UNISFA mission by Vietnam’s Engineering Unit Rotation 4 after 85 days of construction, 35 days ahead of schedule. The project was described by the Mission Force Commander as an “unprecedented achievement” since the establishment of UNISFA.
