According to the Embassy, the Pakistan Travel Mart Roadshow 2026 is the largest travel fair of the year, bringing together around 250 Pakistani enterprises, international travel companies, and diplomatic missions based in the country. During the two-day event, Embassy staff, in coordination with a Pakistani travel agent promoting Vietnam tourism, welcomed and advised a large number of visitors and Pakistani businesses on three key tourism product groups: Heritage and Culture (Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Hue, My Son); Sea and Island Tourism and Resorts (Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Nha Trang); and MICE Tourism and Investment in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition to the booth, the Embassy held numerous bilateral meetings with representatives of travel companies, airlines, hotel groups, and Pakistani investors, aiming to establish long-term partnerships and sign memoranda of understanding (MOUs).

Representatives of the Embassy also attended the International Policy Workshop featuring a discussion session titled “Visa Facilitation, Security Protocols, and Travel Permits: Removing Barriers to Tourism Growth.”

At the workshop, Vietnam shared practical experience on open visa policies and travel facilitation measures within the ASEAN region. Vietnam’s electronic visa (e-visa) policy attracted significant interest from Pakistani partners. Participating Pakistani companies and businesses highly appreciated the potential and attractiveness of Vietnam’s tourism environment.
