The tournament brought together more than 220 athletes from various universities across New South Wales. The competitions were lively and attracted a large number of participating and cheering students, fostering a strong sense of exchange and connection within the Vietnamese student community.
As an annual activity, the event aims to promote a healthy lifestyle, helping students improve their physical fitness, relieve academic pressure, and strengthen solidarity. Beyond its sporting aspects, the program also created opportunities for interaction and networking among Vietnamese students in Australia’s multicultural environment.
Through the competitions and exchanges held on May 2, the Vietnamese student community in New South Wales further demonstrated its dynamism, cohesion, and community-oriented spirit, contributing to the preservation of cultural identity and enhancing mutual support in both study and daily life far from home.
The 2026 sports festival was not only a sporting event but also an opportunity for Vietnamese students in Australia to strengthen connections, build support networks, and foster long-term development in an international environment.
